Quality & Reliability S.A. announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.1 of the Rulebook of Euronext Athens and Decision No. 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Euronext Athens, as follows:
- Announcement of FY 2025 Results and Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025: Thursday, 30 April 2026, after the end of the trading session, on the Company’s website (www.qnr.com.gr) and on the website of Euronext Athens (athens.euronext.com).
- Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Monday, 13 July 2026.
- Announcement of Financial Results for the First Half of 2026: Friday, 25 September 2026 after the end of the trading session, on the Company’s website (www.qnr.com.gr) and on the website of Euronext Athens (athens.euronext.com).
The Company will not distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2025.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the Investment Community is informed in a timely manner.
