Quality & Reliability SA is in complete adherence to the existing corporate governance regulations. As per Article 17 of Law 4706/2020 and Article 4 of Decision 2/905/3.3.2021 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company has embraced and effectively applies the Greek Corporate Governance Code established by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council. Any deviations from the code are explicitly disclosed in the Corporate Governance Statement, which is included in the Annual Financial Report.
