Quality & Reliability S.A. announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with the regulation and Decision 25 of Athens Stock Exchange, as follows:
- Announcement of 2024 Financial Results and publication of the 2024 Annual Financial Report : Monday, April 28, 2025, after the end of the trading session on the Company’s website (www.qnr.com.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).
- Annual General Meeting: Friday, July 11, 2025
- Date of Announcement of the Financial Results for the First Half of 2025: Monday, September 22, 2025, before the opening of the trading session, on the Company’s website (www.qnr.com.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).The Company will not distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the Investment Community is informed in a timely manner.
