Dr. Panagiotis Paschalakis holds the following degrees:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Mechanical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, awarded in 1988.
2. Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, granted in 1992. During his doctoral studies, he actively participated in a wide range of research projects and presented his work at numerous international conferences.

Furthermore, Dr. Paschalakis has professional experience as a Project Manager at "MATRA DATAVISION" from 1989 to 1990. He is also a founding member of Quality & Reliability. He served as the President of the Board of Directors for several years and currently holds the position of Managing Director. Additionally, since 2015, Dr. Paschalakis has taken on the role of founder and President of the non-profit organization "Safe Water Sports." This organization focuses on promoting safety in aquatic environments and reducing drowning and marine accidents. In recognition of its impactful work, the organization was honored with an award by the Academy of Athens in 2019.
