Welcome to the April edition of the Quality & Reliability Group (QnR) Newsletter, in a year that has begun with strong momentum, a clear strategic direction, and an enhanced investment outlook.
2025 was a year of substantial transformation for the Group, laying the foundations for its evolution into an integrated Holistic Technology Ecosystem. Through targeted investments and acquisitions, the Group strengthened its position in high-growth sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Platforms, Digital Banking, and Maritime Technologies.
2026 marks the next stage of acceleration. The successful Share Capital Increase, which was oversubscribed by 118%, together with the Group’s entry into the fields of defence, maritime, and dual-use technologies through its investment in MTIS, confirms market confidence and positions the Group in sectors of strategic and geoeconomic significance.
Today, QnR is evolving into a fully integrated technology ecosystem of seven companies, QnR, SysteCom, SquareDev, Alexander Moore, MTIS , QnR FS, QnR Cyprus, delivering advanced capabilities across the full spectrum of high-value digital technologies and further strengthening its presence across the EMEA region.
On March 30, 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting approved, by a strong majority, the share allocation and treasury share buyback program, a development that constitutes a clear vote of confidence by shareholders in the Group’s strategic growth plan and management team.

Strategic Growth Pillars 2026

1. Acceleration of International Growth & European Market Penetration

Strengthening the Group’s presence across Europe and the EMEA region, through active participation in European programs, including the European Defence Fund (EDF), and by leveraging the DIGITALEUROPE network to secure early access to strategic initiatives and funding pipelines.

2. Targeted Acquisitions & Portfolio Expansion

Two strategic acquisitions have been completed: one focused on Defence and Maritime, through the integration of MTIS – Maritime Technology Innovative Solutions, and one aimed at further European expansion, through the acquisition of 51% of the Belgian company Squaredev BV.

The Group continues to systematically identify and execute acquisition opportunities across European markets, with the objective of expanding its ecosystem and strengthening its capabilities in high-demand, high-margin sectors.

3. Strengthening of the Private Sector & Revenue Mix Shift

A strategic shift towards the private sector, with the aim of increasing its contribution to the Group’s overall revenue mix to 60–40 in favour of the private sector. This will be achieved by leveraging cross-selling synergies within the Group and the commercial momentum of the Holistic Technology Ecosystem.

4. Development of Defence, Maritime & Dual-Use Technologies

Positioning the Group in defence markets of high geostrategic importance through MTIS i-Platform© and SeaSmart™ — EU-sovereign, dual-use AI/IoT solutions with proven deployment on more than 350 vessels and within the Hellenic Navy. These solutions are further supported by strategic alliances and participation in leading European consortia.

We are moving into a new phase of growth and international expansion, building on strong foundations. With a clear strategy and strong focus on execution, we are accelerating the development of our ecosystem, strengthening our international presence, and creating the conditions for meaningful and sustainable value for our shareholders.

As Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure technologies gain increasing geostrategic importance, QnR actively participates in the international dialogue shaping the future of the digital economy.
In recent months, the Group’s leadership has taken part in major international events across technology, investment and security policy.

• Member of the AUTOMEDON Consortium – participation in the HCDI tender process for the development of USV vessels.
• Strategic cooperation with FORUM OCEANO – the official managing body of the Portuguese Sea Cluster – for participation in the tender process for the upgrade of the Portuguese Navy frigates. The final invitation for the installation of the i-Platform© on the organisation’s simulators is expected by the end of April.
• Board Member of Strategis – Maritime ICT Cluster.
• Official member of the EU Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS) Defence Matchmaking Community.
• Member of the Hellenic Aerospace Industry consortium in the HCDI (Hellenic Center for Defence Innovation) tender process for the development of a cargo transport UAV.
• Agreement with Pulsar International – a global leader in satellite telecommunications and digital solutions for the maritime sector – for the installation of the MTIS i-Platform© and SeaSmart™ across its international client base.
