 Development of a National Registry Office Solution derived from the unification of the Register Office Records and the Citizens Municipal Status Information (Including actions of files scanning and registering the relevant metadata. ​

Main Functionalities

Scanning the existing civil registry books from the participating Registry Offices, covering of 6.000.000 inhabitants.

Improving the quality of the scanned civil acts through processing.

Documenting the scanned civil acts with specific fields and metadata.

Conducting quality control checks on the generated digital products.

Directly entering the civil act data from the majority of the scanned acts using a specialized application.

Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through quality control checks on the entered civil act data.

Assisting in the smooth transition of the scanned acts and entered data to the Central Infrastructure of the National Registry Office.
