Theodoros Georgas studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering & Informatics at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

He is the founder of a Software Applications company called "Neos Aionas Proigmenes Technologikes AE," which was a continuation of the partnership firm Criterion (1992). His many years of entrepreneurial experience are reflected in both the organization and management aspects (20 employees, transactions with public and banking institutions, etc.) and in sales (business agreements with clients, partners, suppliers). He is also involved in process analysis, redesigning workflows, and project management. His company has developed innovative software products such as the nca ERP System, nca Business Framework, Spot4U (www.spot4u.gr), nca Cloud Accounting System (hermes.nca.gr).

He serves as the Chairman of the Compensation and Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and an independent non-executive member of Quality & Reliability SA.
