Emmanouil Xionis completed his studies in Management Production Engineering at the Technical University of Crete.

With an extensive 20-year career in the financial industry, he has actively participated in numerous business acquisitions and mergers. Furthermore, he has made strategic investments in the fields of information technology, energy, and finance. Since 2013, he has held the significant roles of major shareholder and Board member at the IT company Quality & Reliability AE, currently serving as an executive member and Vice President.

Additionally, he assumes the position of Managing Director at the consulting and investment firm ADV FINANCE AE, and serves as a director at both Dinum LTD-CYPRUS and LOVATIA LTD-CYPRUS, companies specializing in consulting and investment services.
